ITSC — IT Services
The Information Technology Service Center (ITSC) of the University of Mirpurkhas serves as the central authority for the development, management, and delivery of information and communication technology services within the University. The ITSC is responsible for ensuring a reliable, secure, and efficient digital environment that supports academic, administrative, and research functions.
The Center oversees the University's IT infrastructure, including network and internet services, servers and system administration, institutional software, and data management platforms. It ensures continuity of services, system stability, cybersecurity, and compliance with institutional policies and standards.
The ITSC also plays a pivotal role in the management and operation of the Learning Management System (LMS), which supports online teaching, learning, and assessment activities. The Center is responsible for system maintenance, user account management, technical support, training facilitation, and troubleshooting for faculty members and students, thereby enabling uninterrupted access to digital learning resources.
Through effective coordination with academic departments and administrative offices, the ITSC identifies emerging technological requirements and implements innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
